Following a Board meeting held on Friday 30 January, the Company wishes to
announce the appointment of Mr Eitan Milgram as a non executive director of the
Company.

Mr Milgram has held the following directorships in other publicly owned
companies during the previous five years:-

Further to the announcement on 19 January 2004 regarding the appointment of Mr
Jossef (Yossi) Barath to the Board, the Company announces the following
information regarding publicly quoted companies in respect of which Mr Barath
has held directorships in the previous five years.

Milgram or Mr Barath.
