Interim Dividend

The board of Ingenious Entertainment VCT 2 plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has declared an interim dividend of 0.3371 pence per ordinary share (further to the interim dividend of 53 pence per ordinary share declared in July 2013). Such dividends will be rounded down to the nearest whole pence and any fractional entitlements will be retained by the Company and used to offset any expense incurred in paying the dividends.

The interim dividend will be paid on 5 December 2013 to the ordinary shareholders of the Company on the register at close of business on 8 November 2013. The ordinary shares will be marked ex-dividend on 6 November 2013.
