The Company announces that they have become aware that on 30 June 2005 Margaret
McKenna, the wife of Patrick McKenna a director of the Company, subscribed for
100,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Share Capital of the Company
("Ordinary Shares"). Patrick McKenna therefore has an interest of 500,001
Ordinary Shares representing 3.3% of the Issued Share Capital.

The Directors interests, as set out in the Prospects dated 14 January 2005, the
Supplementary Prospectus dated 18 March 2005, and as amended for the above, are
therefore:
