The Company has been advised that the Directors listed below acquired Ordinary
Shares in the Company at a purchase price of 204.50p per Ordinary Share through
the iimia Investment Group Share Investment Plan which has been approved by the
Inland Revenue. The shares were purchased by the Trustee on 6 December 2007 and
allocated to SIP members on 21 December 2007. Their previous and current
beneficial shareholdings, including those held by Related Persons, are as
follows:
