ADDITIONAL LISTING

Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of 2,105 ordinary
shares of 10p each ("Shares") in the Company, pursuant to the issue of shares
under the SAYE Scheme at 114p per Share. Upon issue, the Shares will rank pari
passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares, and dealings in the
Shares are expected to commence on 16 January 2008.

Upon admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise
22,824,041 ordinary shares with voting rights.  The Company does not hold any
shares in treasury.  This figure of 22,824,041 ordinary shares may be used by
shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which
they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a
change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
