The Company has been advised that the Directors listed below acquired Ordinary
Shares in the Company at a purchase price of �1.64 per Ordinary Share through
the iimia Investment Group Share Investment Plan which has been approved by the
Inland Revenue. The shares were purchased by the Trustee on 7th  February 2008
and allocated to SIP members on 11th February 2008. Their previous and current
beneficial shareholdings, including those held by Related Persons, are as
