                              Dividend Declaration

The directors of the Company have today declared an interim dividend in respect
of the year ended 31 December 2007 of 2.0p (year ended 31 December 2006: nil)
which will be payable on 20 March 2008 to shareholders on the register on 22
February 2008, with a provisional ex-dividend date of 20 February 2008.
