Notice of AGM and posting of Annual Report

IMImobile PLC, a London based global technology company which provides software and services to help businesses capitalise on the growth in mobile communication, announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") relating to the Company's financial year ended 31 March 2015, will be held at 10.00 a.m. on Tuesday 8 September 2015 at the offices of Bracher Rawlins LLP at 77 Kingsway, London, WC2B 6SR.

IMImobile PLC also announces that it has today posted copies of its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2015 to its shareholders. A notice convening the Company's AGM was included.
