         Inspired Gaming Group plc ("Inspired Gaming" or the "Company") 
 
                               Acquisition Update 
 
 
Further to the announcement of 28 June 2010 the Company is pleased to announce 
that the Court has approved the scheme of arrangement and associated reduction 
of capital in connection with the Acquisition by Gaming Acquisitions Limited. 
 
The Court Orders are expected to be delivered and registered with the Registrar 
of Companies for England and Wales tomorrow, 1 July 2010, at which point the 
Scheme will become effective and the Acquisition will be completed.  The 
consideration payable to holders of Inspired Shares under the Scheme will be 
sent to holders of Inspired Shares by Bidco within 14 days of the date the 
Scheme becomes effective. 
 
In an update to the published timetable, the Company has requested that 
admission of the Inspired Shares to trading on AIM be cancelled with effect from 
7.00 a.m. on 2 July 2010 and that the Inspired Shares remain suspended pending 
delivery and registration of the Court Orders. 
 
Unless the context otherwise requires, terms defined in the announcement dated 4 
May 2010 by Inspired and Bidco in relation to the Acquisition have the same 
meaning in this announcement
