                               Issue of Options 
 
The Company announces that on 25 January 2010, it granted options over 
2,856,954 ordinary shares (the "Options") to certain employees and the four 
executive directors of Innovise. 
 
The Options have been issued with an exercise price of 31.5 pence, being the 
closing mid-price of the Company on the previous business day. The Options will 
vest on 25 January 2013 and will lapse on the tenth anniversary of issue, being 
25 January 2020. 
 
The options issued and total number of options held by directors pursuant to
