Further to its announcement dated 20 April 2005, Innobox Plc is pleased to
announce that the 9,000,000 new 2p ordinary shares ("New Ordinary Shares") that
were placed by Seymour Pierce Ellis Limited have been issued and allotted,
conditional on the admission of the New Ordinary Shares to AIM.

Application will be made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM and
dealings are expected to commence on 3 May 2005.
