'Company') announces that
its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held at Trafalgar Court,
Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey on 04 June 2024 at 09.30 am.
The Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy have been dispatched to all
shareholders.
A copy of the Notice of AGM and Form
of Proxy have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and
will shortly be available for inspection at:
