HEADLINE: Forfeiture of Shares

The Company announces that, on 16 May 2008, the Board of Directors resolved
that 17,635 ordinary shares of 10p each be forfeited in accordance with the
Company's Articles of Association, and that such shares would be cancelled.

Following the cancellation of the forfeited shares, the total number of
ordinary shares of 10p each remaining in issue is 43,526,171.
