The Company has been informed that further to a purchase of 2,250,000 ordinary 
shares on 9 June 2010, Cavendish AIM Fund now has an interest in 3,020,500 
ordinary shares, representing approximately 5.72% of the issued ordinary share 
capital in the Company. 
 
The Company has also been informed that following a disposal of ordinary shares 
on 4 June 2010, INVESCO Perpetual AIM VCT Trust no longer holds a notifiable 
interest in the Company.
