                            Appointment of Director

IT&e Limited (ASX code: "ITE" AIM: "ITEL") is pleased to announce the
appointment of Ms Jane Elizabeth Yuile, aged 50, as a Non-executive director of
the Company effective from 29 June 2007.

Jane currently runs a consulting business specializing in the areas of finance,
risk, strategy and governance. She is and has been a director of a number of
entities at executive and non executive level, ranging from listed companies to
large not for profit organisations such as the University of Adelaide. Jane is a
Chartered Accountant, holds MBA and Bachelor of Science qualifications and is a
fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She is a current
director of Victec Limited.

Jane has an interest in 152,000 Ordinary Shares (0.06%) of the Company, which
are held by 2 Bond Street Nominees Pty Ltd on behalf of the Little
Superannuation Fund, of which Jane is a trustee.

Stephen Simpson, who chairs ITE's Audit Committee, has advised that he will
retire at, and not seek re-election at, the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
Jane has been appointed to take over chairmanship of the Audit Committee and
provide financial advice at non executive director level. The Board has
appointed her now so that there is a transition period between her appointment
and Stephen's retirement.

The Board would like to take this opportunity prior to the AGM to thank Stephen
for his hard work and valuable assistance through ITE's transition to a global
software products business.

There is no other information that is required to be disclosed pursuant to
Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
