Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company has today received notification that on 11(th) October 2011, Barry Whittles, Chief Executive of the Company, acquired 90,115 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 13.46 pence per share.

Following the transaction Mr Whittles is interested in a total of 2,066,662 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 15.72 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
