Johnson Service Group PLC announces that the Company's Executive Chairman, John 
Talbot, Finance Director, Yvonne Monaghan, Director, Christopher Sander, 
Director, Paul Ogle and the Company's Non-Executive Directors, Michael Del Mar 
and Baroness Wilcox yesterday acquired a total of 510,000 shares in the Company.
