Johnson Service Group plc ("Johnsons" or the "Company")
AMENDMENT - TR1 Notification of Major Interest in Shares
On 19 August 2011, Johnsons released a TR1 Notification of Major
Interest in Shares for Cazenove Capital Management (RNS Number:
6979M). However, the announcement was released with the heading
'Total Voting Rights' in error.
Please see below the full text of the TR1 Notification. Note the
contents of the disclosure have not changed.
