Kopane Diamond Developments Plc wishes to announce the following information to its shareholders. 
 
Resignation of Edward Marlow 
 
The Company announces that Edward Marlow has resigned from the Board of Directors with immediate effect. Mr 
Marlow  was until recently Managing Director, Emerging Markets in HSBC Principal Investments and has served 
on  the  Board as a non-executive director since May 2008 following investment in the Company by  HSBC.  We 
would like to thank Mr Marlow for his contribution to the Company over two years. 
 
The Company is listed on AIM (and is also traded through the Plus Market), ticker symbol: KDD.
