                          ("KimCor" or the "Company')

                         DE BEERS JOINT VENTURE UPDATE

Bulk Sampling Programme underway on Tanzanian Joint Venture

KimCor Diamonds plc, the AIM quoted mid-tier diamond producer, is pleased to
announce that work has commenced on the bulk sampling programme of two
kimberlite pipes located in Tanzania under the terms of a joint venture with the
De Beers Group ("De Beers").

HIGHLIGHTS

  * Bulk sampling programme initiated with pilot processing plant in transit
    to Tanzania;
  * Construction of the plant on site and bulk sampling is scheduled to
    commence in January 2008;
  * 18,000 tonne bulk sample to be processed to determine grade of two
    delineated kimberlite pipes; and
  * The two pipes represent the largest single kimberlite resource within the
    Company's portfolio at present.

The project includes two drill defined kimberlite pipes, Mahene (6.77ha) and
Itanana (2.3ha), with a combined surface area of 9.07 hectares.

Drill core sampling by De Beers has outlined the two pipes and limited bulk
sampling confirmed the that the two structures Are potentially diamondiferous.
Follow-up work and extrapolation of De Beers micro-diamond analysis performed by
independent consultants Duncan Geological Consulting resulted in estimated
grades of26.24cpht for Mahene and 8cpht for the smaller Itanana pipe.

At the beginning of October 2007 an access agreement was reached with local
landholders covering the licence area with site establishment commencing
immediately thereafter. The technical team responsible for the programme depart
for Tanzania on 23rd November and the plant and equipment purchased for bulk
sampling will be in transit from South Africa on 29th November, 2007.
Construction of the plant on site and bulk sampling is scheduled to commence in
January 2008. Access to the project location is via paved highway and all
necessary infrastructure required for processing plant construction and bulk
sampling is readily available.

Under the terms of the Joint Venture Agreement, KimCor will collect and process
a total of 18,000 tonnes of kimberlite from the two pipes and will complete the
bulk sampling and pilot plant processing during September, 2008.

Suitable plant and equipment both owned and purchased by KimCor is being
transported to Tanzania where the pilot plant will be constructed. During the
period when construction is taking place, the bulk samples mined from the two
pipes will be stockpiled ready for processing.

Martyn Churchouse, Chief Executive of KimCor commented: "We have a substantial
database provided by De Beers covering exploration and evaluation to date that
gives us the confidence to proceed with the bulk sampling and pilot test work.

"The two pipes represent the largest single kimberlite resource within the
Group's portfolio at present and it is important that we proceed with the
programme in order to meet the terms of the joint venture agreement and also
actively develop the mid-term growth potential for KimCor".
