RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING 
 
 
Shareholders are referred to the circular to Kiwara shareholders dated 31 July 
2009 relating to the specific issue of shares for cash to IFC totaling US$6 
million and the granting of an option to IFC to subscribe for additional shares 
totaling US$ 9 million ("the transaction"), and are advised that at a general 
meeting of Kiwara shareholders held today, all the resolutions relating to the 
transaction were approved by the requisite majority of Kiwara shareholders. 
 
 
 
 
Kiwara is pleased to have the IFC as a strategic investor and the Company will 
continue with its aggressive exploration campaign directed towards resource
