Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's Transitional Provision 6, KP
Renewables plc hereby notifies the market that the total number of ordinary
shares of 1p each of the Company in issue as at the date of this notice is
46,589,662 with each share carrying the right to one vote.


The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.


The above figure of 46,589,662 for shares in the Company carrying voting rights
may be used by shareholders for the purposes of calculating whether they are
required to notify their interest in, or any change to their interest in, KPR
under the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
