Kestrel Bidco Limited ("Bidco"), a company indirectly owned by STG IV L.P., a fund managed by Symphony, announces that it will not be revising its 106 pence per Kewill Share offer.

Capitalised terms used but not otherwise defined in this announcement have the meanings given to them in the announcement released by Bidco, in accordance with Rule 2.7(c) of The Takeover Code, on 12 June 2012.
