                            China Eastsea Joins AIM

London Asia is delighted to announce that its investee company, China Eastsea
Business Software Ltd. ("Eastsea" or "the Company") yesterday began trading on
London's AIM Stock Market under stock code CESG, with a market capitalization of

Eastsea is an IT outsourcing service provider focused on the petrochemical and
petroleum industries in China. London Asia originally invested in the Company in
May 2005, with London Asia Corporate Finance sponsor for the listing of Eastsea
on PLUS Markets in October 2005.

Jack Wigglesworth, Chairman of London Asia, said: "Eastsea is the latest in a
number of businesses that we have invested in that have successfully listed on
stock markets around the world following our investment. Whilst traded on PLUS,
Eastsea carried out a number of fund raisings expanding its shareholder base and
business. We have seen a significant increase in value since our original
investment, and following realizations no longer hold a significant stake in the
business."
