Restoration of trading on AIM

The  Company  has  today  confirmed to the London Stock Exchange  that  �995,000
before  expenses  has  been  received in respect of the  first  tranche  of  the
refinancing  announced on 24 April 2006. Accordingly the London  Stock  Exchange
consented  to  the restoration of trading in the Companys shares  on  AIM  with
effect from 7.00 am today.
