                   Holdings in Company & Directorate Changes                   

The Company has today been informed that Resurge PLC has sold 29,970,000
ordinary shares of 5p in Leisureplay Plc. Resurge PLC no longer holds a
notifiable interest in the Company.

Additionally, Mr Jonathan Rowland and Mr Richard Causton have resigned as
directors of the Company with immediate effect.
