Litho Supplies Plc is pleased to announce that on 23 October 2007 it acquired,
through its trading subsidiary Litho Supplies (UK) Limited ("Litho Supplies"),
the entire issued share capital of Graphica Plus Limited ("Graphica Plus").


Litho Supplies will pay an initial cash consideration of #603,463 payable on
completion and will issue shares to the value of #200,000 in Litho Supplies Plc
based on the average of the mid-market closing price of the seven business days
prior to the date of completion.  The vendors have undertaken not to sell the
shares for the period of two years following admission of the new ordinary
shares to the Official List.


In addition, Litho Supplies has agreed to pay deferred cash consideration of
#100,000 payable on the first anniversary of completion and performance related
consideration of #225,000 in aggregate, measured on the profit before tax
generated in the years ending 31 December 2008 and 31 December 2009.


The principal activity of Graphica Plus is the supply of equipment and
consumable products for the sign making and wide format printing markets.


Graphica Plus' profit before tax for the 13 months ended 30 April 2006 was
#109,467 and as at 30 April 2006 had audited gross assets of #3,692,772.


Litho Supplies anticipates that the acquisition of Graphica Plus will fit well
with its existing business with the products being distributed by both Graphica
Plus and Litho Supplies being complementary to one another, therefore offering
both customer bases a wider range of products.


Litho Supplies is delighted that the Sales Director of Graphica Plus, Mr Greg
Anderson, will continue in his role within the business.
