SALE OF PARTIAL SHAREHOLDING IN SOMETHIN' ELSE

Loudwater Trust Limited, the closed-ended investment company, is pleased to announce the sale of part of its shareholding in Somethin' Else Sound Directions Limited.

The sale shares, which represented a minority equity interest, were acquired by the management team of Somethin' Else, for consideration of GBP450,000. Following the sale of shares, Loudwater retains a majority shareholding in the company.

This transaction represents the first stage in a planned phased management buy-out of Loudwater's investment in the company. Loudwater and the management team are currently discussing the sale of Loudwater's remaining shareholding.
