Mallett PLC today announces that, following application to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange and its announcement on 27 October 2014, the listing of the Mallett PLC ordinary shares of 5 pence each on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market have been cancelled with effect from 8:00 a.m. (London time) today, 18 November 2014.
