                                 CREST Admission

Cosentino Signature Wines plc ('Cosentino' or the 'Company), the AIM listed Napa
Valley based wine company, is pleased  to announce that Cosentino shareholders
will be able to hold and transfer interests in Cosentino's fully paid ordinary 
shares within the CREST system.

CREST is a UK electronic settlement system which allows shares and other
securities to be held in electronic rather  than paper form.

Commenting on the CREST Admission, Chairman Larry Soldinger said, 'We believe
this admission will simplify the process  of trading our shares and enable a
wider range of private and institutional shareholders to participate in the next
stage of our exciting development and growth'.
