Director's Shareholding

Mediwatch announces that it was informed on 29 April 2013 that Dr Philip Stimpson, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 2.50 pence per share on 29 April 2013.

Following this transaction, Dr Stimpson is interested in a total of 24,418,021 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents approximately 17.33% of the issued share capital of the Company.
