Further re Suspension and Appointment of Administrator

Music Festivals plc (AIM: MFP), a company which owns, develops and produces music festivals, announces that it has appointed Anthony Peter Davidson and Stephen Blandford Ryman both of Shipleys LLP of 10 Orange Street, London, WC2H 7DQ as joint administrators ("Administrators") to the Company.

The Company's principal trading subsidiaries, Benicassim Limited and Kent Festival Limited, which are not the subject of the administration proceedings, continue to trade and the administrators have begun a process to find buyers for those subsidiaries.

Trading in the Company's Ordinary Shares remains suspended.
