                              Suspension of shares 
 
 
The Company announces that due to unforseen delays in the preparation and audit 
of its final results for the year ended 31 March 2010, it will be unable to post 
to shareholders the annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2010 
by 30 September 2010. 
 
Accordingly, the Company confirms that it will not be able to comply with AIM 
Rule 19 for Companies.  This requires the AIM company to send its audited annual 
accounts to shareholders not later than six months after the end of the 
financial year to which they relate.  As a result, mirada's shares will be 
suspended from trading on AIM effective 7:30 a.m. on 1 October 2010.  The 
Company is currently undertaking the required steps with its auditors to be in a 
position to post its annual accounts to shareholders and a further announcement 
will be made in due course.
