Announcement and Notice of Results
mirada plc, (AIM: MIRA) the audio-visual interaction specialist,
provides a trading update for the year-ended 31 March 2015.
Trading during the second half reflected the momentum achieved
during the first half as the Company worked towards commercialising
its first Tier One project, which despite delays outside of the
Company's control, was launched in February
2015. This key milestone, being the launch of the Company’s
multiscreen product Iris in Mexico, was the first of the cable network
deployments agreed with the customer on 19
May 2014. In addition, the Company also announced its
inaugural Over-The-Top contract win during the period, highlighting
the increasing flexibility of the Company’s solutions as it takes
advantage of changing market dynamics and its ability to service
larger contracts.
Notwithstanding the delay mentioned above, the Company
anticipates full year trading results to be in line with market
expectations, and the Company will announce its full year results
for the 12 months ended 31 March 2015
on Thursday 9 July 2015.
