                               Director's Holding

The Company allotted 14,250 shares to Richard Robinson, a non-executive director
of the Company on 23 March 2005, subject to admission to AIM.

The 14,250 shares consist of 6,400 ordinary shares at 32.55p, being the
mid-market price for the period July to September 2004, as consideration for
outstanding fees for the same period and 7,850 ordinary shares at 24.88p, being
the average mid-market price for the period October to December 2004, as
consideration for outstanding fees for the same period.

Application has been made for these shares in the Company to be admitted to
trading on AIM. The new shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary
shares and dealings are expected to commence in the new ordinary shares on 5th
April 2005.

Following the admission of the above new ordinary shares, the Company's issued
share capital will be 101,023,490 ordinary shares.
