Total Voting Rights

As at today's date, the Company's issued share capital consists of 472,097,968 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares"'). The Company had in place a block listing of 18,137 Ordinary Shares, following the issue of 11,918 shares from the block listing to satisfy the exercise of options by Market Tech employees since 21 June 2017 the block listing now comprises 6,219 Ordinary Shares. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 472,097,968 which is the figure which should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Market Tech shares under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
