                            Licensing Deal with ITV


MEM today announces that its subsidiary, DD Home Entertainment ("DDHE"), has
signed a five year agreement with Granada Ventures. This new agreement entitles
DDHE to manufacture and sell via direct marketing on an exclusive basis the
majority of existing and future programs owned or controlled by ITV during the
term.

Commenting on this new deal, Steve Ayres, CEO of MEM said "We are very excited
with this new licensing deal which will give DDHE a critical mass of catalogue,
the breadth and quality of which is unparalleled. We look forward to working
alongside Granada Ventures who will continue to service their existing markets
including the retail market."
