    March Networks Corporation ("March" or the "Company")

    Directors/PDMR shareholdings

    The Company was notified on 23 June 2008 that, on the same day, Peter Strom, a director of the Company, was conditionally granted, for
nil consideration, 100,000 options over common shares in the Company ("Common Shares") at an exercise price of C$5.08 per Common Share,
subject to shareholder approval at the annual meeting of the Company to be held on July 23, 2008.  

    On June 19, 2006, the Company reported that Peter Strom was granted 12,500 options over Common Shares at an exercise price of $20.04 on
June 15, 2006. Due to an administrative error, the aggregate total grant to Mr. Strom on June 15, 2006 should have been reported as a total
grant of 25,000 options over Common Shares at an exercise price of $20.04.

    Following the June 23, 2008 grant (assuming shareholder approval is received on July 23, 2008) and the correction to the June 19, 2006
grant, Peter Strom has a resultant beneficial interest in 381,666 options over Common Shares. He also has a beneficial interest of 48,065
Common Shares, which represents approximately 0.267 % of the current issued share capital.
