                            Dual listing of shares                             

The board announces that effective from June 27 2006 the Company's shares will
also be listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the trading symbol "M6V".

The Company will continue to trade on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market
under the trading symbol "MOBS".
