MOTO GOLDMINES AIM ADMISSION TO BE CANCELLED 
 
 
PERTH, WESTERN AUSTRALIA - Moto Goldmines Limited ("Moto") announces that the 
Admission of its shares to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange (or AIM) 
is expected to be cancelled effective at 7.00am (BST) on October 16, 2009, 
following the plan of arrangement to effect the business combination between 
Moto and Randgold Resources Limited, which was announced on 5 August 2009, 
having become effective.
