                             Loan Facility Drawdown

On  15th  November  2006, Simon Bentley, the Chairman of the  Company,  made  an
unsecured  loan  of �250,000 to the Company. This loan is part of  the  facility
disclosed  in  Paragraph  8.13 of Part 4 of the AIM Admission  Document  of  the
Company.
