Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Music  Choice  Europe plc ("Music Choice" or  "the  Company"),
which  provides music via digital television and the Internet,
is  pleased to announce the appointment of Tony Ayers  to  the
Board as a Non-Executive Director, with immediate effect.

Tony,  aged  54,  was Chief Executive of Media Audits  Limited
from  1976  until April 2001, during which time he  led  their
growth  from  a  one-room, two person business to  become  the
world's  leading media advertising consultancy  business  with
120  employees.   Media Audits provides analytic,  measurement
and  advisory services to around 300 advertisers  in  over  50
countries worldwide.

Tony  created  and developed Media Audits' network  of  wholly
owned   subsidiaries  across  Europe,  including  offices   in
Hamburg,  Paris, Copenhagen, Barcelona, Stockholm and  Dublin.
In  1990,  Tony initiated and led an MBO of Media Audits  with
the  backing  of  Barclays  Baronsmead  (later  absorbed  into
Investors in Industry).  Media Audits was awarded the  Queen's
Award for Enterprise for International Trade in 2001.

The  Board can confirm that Mr Ayers is not, and has not  been
at  any  time in the previous five years,  a director  of  any
publicly  quoted company and there is no relevant  information
to  disclose under paragraphs 6.F.2 (b) to (g) of the  Listing
Rules in relation to his appointment.
