Murray Income Trust PLC (the
"Company") announces that it has entered into a new, unsecured,
three year multi-currency revolving credit facility (the
"Facility") of £30 million with The Royal Bank of Scotland
International Limited, London Branch (the "Lender"), which will
expire on 22 October 2027.
The Company has drawn down CHF363,000,
USD2.4m, EUR4.05m, NOK4.275m and DKK2.75m (equivalent to £6.1m in
aggregate) under the Facility.
Amounts drawn down under the Facility
have been used to repay the Company's drawings under its £50
million unsecured multi-currency revolving credit facility with The
Bank of Nova Scotia, London Branch, which expired on 27 October
2024.
Under the terms of the Facility, the
Company also has the option to increase the level of the commitment
from £30 million to £50 million at any time, subject to the
Lender's credit approval.
The Company also has in place £100m of
long term borrowings, made up of £40m loan notes redeemable at par
in November 2027 and £60m loan notes redeemable at par in May
2029.
The level of the Company's borrowings,
which amounts to £106m in Sterling terms (as at 25 October 2024) as
a result of this Facility and the two loan notes, remains
unchanged.
