                            Pre-Close Period Update

Nationwide, the largest dedicated provider of automotive crash repair services
in the UK, which joined AIM on 4 July, is pleased to make the following
statement on trading over first half of the current financial year, prior to
entering its close period.

Historically, Nationwide's full year results are weighted towards the first half
of the year, with the first quarter of the year (January to March) traditionally
representing the Company's best performing quarter. Trading for the first six
months, ended 30 June 2006, has been encouraging. This reflects continuing
progress in many aspects of the business, both operationally and on a trading
level.

The Company looks forward to updating shareholders with interim results, which
will be announced in early September and remains confident that the business is
on track to achieve market expectations for the full year.
