                  Record and Payment date for Interim Dividend

Further to the announcement of the Company's interim results today containing
the directors' declaration of an interim dividend of 1.5p per share, the Company
confirms this will be paid on 1 November 2007 to shareholders on the register at
the close of business on 5 October 2007.
