by customers on Review Centre

Nationwide, the largest dedicated provider of automotive crash repair services in the UK, is pleased to report that it is now the highest rated accident repairer in the country on Review Centre, the UK-based independent consumer review website. Nationwide's rating on the website has achieved a new high of 4.3 out of 5 stars, which places the Group in the Top 5 of all automotive providers within the website's 'Car Maintenance and Servicing' category. All ratings are provided independently by consumers reviewing services and products and ratings are then aggregated, with the top five rated providers named in each relevant category.

Nationwide's consumer satisfaction ratings reflect the Group's efforts to deliver very high service levels and good value. In a recent move in November 2012, Nationwide launched a new website, www.nationwiderepairs.co.uk, designed to support its continuing expansion into the fleet and retail markets as well as its development in its core insurance market. The new website, which has been developed for use by smart phones and other mobile devices, also helps to support Nationwide's ambitions to use online technology to deliver enhanced customer service.
