2012 Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Nationwide, the largest dedicated provider of accident repair services in the UK, is pleased to announce that a copy of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2012 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting are now available on the Company's website, www.nationwiderepairs.co.uk and will be posted to shareholders in due course.

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at the offices of K&L Gates LLP, One New Change, London EC4M 9AF on 18 June 2013 at 11.00am.
