as Administrator and the appointment of Quintillion Limited, whose 
registered office is at 24 - 26 City Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland as 
Sub-Administrator, with effect from 1 March 2015. 
 
   The Administrator delegates, with the consent of the Board, to the 
Sub-Administrator, services to the Company. 
 
   The Administrator is appointed the designated manager of the Company.
