Dividend Re-investment Scheme


Following the recent change to legislation on VCTs, the directors of Noble VCT
plc announce the suspension of the dividend re-investment scheme. As a result of
this, the interim dividend of 2.25p per share due to be paid on 24th April 2006
will be paid all in cash.
