NEOS has been notified by John and Renate Gunn that on 4 October 2012 they purchased 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares of the Company at 0.5p. Following the purchase of these shares John and Renate Gunn now have a beneficial interest in 7,300,411 Ordinary shares in Neos which represents 4.09% of the issued share capital of the Company.
